   We research each project individually and select those in which we ourselves would trust our own finances. We have a focus on the southeast region of our country specifically because it offers many different opportunities. There are the mountain properties of Tennessee, North Carolina, and north Georgia. There are the coastal regions such as South Carolina. There are opportunities in the gulf states of Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Projects exist in theme park areas such as Orlando, in resort areas such as Gulf Shores, Myrtle Beach, and Miami's South Beach. Second home markets are strong too, summer homes in Gatlinburg and winter homes in Naples.
